I forgot to mention how windy it was yesterday.

I went walking on the wonderful path built over

the terminal. It was warm but still cool because

of the wind. Later at the garden it was very windy.

I commented that if it stayed like this we probably

wouldn’t be able to sail.

We had a late (8:00 PM) sailing and after the boat

drill (where it wasn’t really windy) the captain told

us the harbor master had closed the harbor and we

would not be sailing until 5:00 AM. Not looking good

for making the next port.

When we got up this morning we were still docked

and finally sailed at 9:00 AM. Needless to stay we

will miss our next scheduled stop.

We have missed many ports before usually tender

ports where sea is too rough. But we have missed

sailing before because of wind and fog.
