All the excursions in
Japan are expensive but
we wanted to visit Kyoto
and ride the bullet
train so did that
yesterday.
It was a long day but
good. No traffic problems
like some countries.
We rode the train up (25
minutes) and took the
bus back (1 ½ hours). We
visited three temples
or shrines.
We’re hoping we’ll find
good local transportation
like Nagasaki in upcoming
ports.
